We are the Metta Centre in Italy. Villa Metta is a residential training venue for all martial artists.
The reason we are creating a blog is to tell everybody about 'Project Red Balloon'. On the 20th of September 2008 a group of severely bullied children are visiting us from England for a weeks martial arts training and for outings both educational and fun. We hope to raise the confidence and self esteem of these children using the medium of martial arts.

The Metta Centre is home to Master Sawyer's Goshin Ryu Ju Jitsu and also is a residential training venue for all martial artists. The on site purpose built dojo is available free for those groups booking a martial arts vacation or retreat. Hello everyone. I run my own blog called MMA Fight Videos but I'm pretty limited on the types of posts I can make (i.e. they have to be video clips). It is good to have a second place to discuss this wonderful sport and I look forward to sharing more.
